Lyn Lagana

Lyn recently retired from the Department of Human Services. (Australian Government), where she managed a large workplace of 200+ people.

Lyn has over 20 years’ experience in managing and leading people in a large workplace and has led her people to successfully deliver services to the Australian community. Lyn believes that your people are your greatest asset, and for them to be the best they can be, your role as a leader is to build their capability, including investing in their mental and physical health.

Lyn’s achievements include several service delivery awards for the workplace including external awards from the Contact Centre Industry. Lyn has also been awarded an Industry Award with the ATA (Auscontact Association) for Queensland Contact Centre Manager of the Year 2012 in recognition for excellence of leadership.

Lyn loves being outdoors enjoying the environment, specifically camping and trekking. In retirement Lyn is looking forward to following her passion of the outdoors and travel, and also being connected to the community.
